We collect information only when you choose to give it to us — principally through the investor and industry delegate registration forms. This includes your name, designation, organisation, email address, mobile number, postal address, and your stated sectors of interest.

Delegate registration additionally collects organisation type, industry sector, participation preferences and logistical details such as dietary preference and accommodation requirement.

Our servers also record standard technical information with each registration — the originating IP address, browser user-agent and referring page — solely to detect and prevent automated abuse of the forms.

Registration details are used to process your registration, issue your entry badge, verify your identity at the venue, arrange B2G and B2B meetings where you have requested them, and to contact you about the summit.

Aggregate, non-identifying figures (such as total registrations by sector or by state) may be used in summit reporting.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except where required to deliver the summit itself, or where disclosure is required by law.

Registration records are retained for the duration of the summit and for a reasonable period afterwards to support post-summit investment facilitation, after which they are archived or deleted in line with government record-keeping requirements.
